efiling OINP question help

hello guys,
so for those people who have efiling profile ; any idea how to view your support documents after you upload them?

Also while creating my profile I wrote my first and middle name as my first name in information details and after creating profile there is a tab for middle name but i cant change it. would be that ok if my first and middle name is my first name? please advice. Thanks!
