Effect on visa?

Greetings , I'm planning to apply to the Canadian immigration but for now I want apply for a tourism visa to Visit Canada & probably meet potential employers . My question is : does have a tourism visa will have a negative effect on my application for immigration later ? Or it has nothing to do & no worries ? Many thanks . Danny.

Applying for a visitor visa has no affect on any future immigration application but in applying for one and arriving in Canada ensure that your purpose of visit is clearly stated as for tourism and not as looking for an employer.
