Effect of Spouse's employment status on the PR application

Good Day !!!

Say, if we have already received the ITA. However, by the time we have applied for the PR, the spouse (not the primary applicant) has resigned from the job and has got relieved, would it affect the PR application in any way?

Also, if we have proof of funds etc taken 2-3 months ago, for provincial nomination, would they hold good for PR application?

We haven't been shared login credentials for Express Entry Profile by our consultant. Can we take the liberty and ask them to be shared?

I can answer the last one, I think he's definitely required to share them. If I had a consultant I wouldn't let them work on my file without giving me access

1 - No issue.
2 - I've seen other applicants successfully use POF 2 months old.
3 - You can ask but some consultants are a-holes and will refuse to provide such details.
