Effect of recent change in NOC list

Dear friends,
I had applied for immigration under NOC 4131 in Nov, 2009 and currently expecting my medicals. However, I am a little worried about the recent change in the NOC list wherein NOC 4131 is removed.

Will such a change affect my application in any ways or delay it?

Pls suggest.

No, changes in the list will only affect applicants who applied after June 26. Since you got in before the changes, you have nothing to worry about.
