Well I want to know basic steps that are involved in Express entry system (EES).

According to my understanding
1- First of all I have to do ILETS and then Educational Credential Assessments.
A - Primary Applicant ECA is mandatory if he learned outside of Canada, Spouse ECA is optional, but required if applicant wants to claim points for her/His education.
B - Apply for both (IELTS + ECA) in parallel. As after sending documents for ECA no further steps required from applicant side. As well as keep ECA processing time in mind. CES UoT takes more than 15 weeks in compare of 20+ days of WES
.

2- After that I will apply online under EES, Yes
3- If I make it through and accepted under Express Entry pool then I will receive invitation and after that I have to submit my case in 60 days with the fees. Yes

[IMM 5620] (PDF, 631.88 KB) November 2014

Just for the clarification, You need many others documents too for completing your file. Most of them are mentioned in Documents Checklist.

If I have to complete all above documents then will it involve courier services or I will be simply mailing it in soft form for assessment under EES. In FSW applicant need to send their forms + documents by email mail in hard form. But I think in EE hard copies are not required.
