It will say that almost all along the process. Nothing to worry about.
As soon as your medicals have passed, they make sure you uploaded all necessary documents.
At the next stage, officer goes through your documents and will recalculate your points, and will look to confirm if you indeed meet eligibility.

Yes, this is a normal status. It means that they will start your background checks only after determining that you've met the eligibility requirements.

From your end, please stop obsessing over every small status. The processing time is 4-5 months. Forget that you've even submitted an application, and go about your life. Else it would be difficult for you to find mental peace.

You're still way too early in the process to worry about anything.
You probably just passed medicals a few days ago.
When it comes to PR applications, rule of thumb that I try to go by is: "No news is good news"
Just sit back, relax, and try to forget about it. Otherwise you're gonna lose your sleep
