EE REJECTED due to missing police certificate! How to reapply?? PLEASE HELP!

Hi everyone,

My EE application (EE BCPNP) was just rejected because I forgot to upload one of the police certificate. I am nominated by EE BCPNP on Jun 2015, and I have accepted the nomination on my EE profile. So please instruct me what to do now????? The EE profile is valid for 1 year (I created on Apr, 2015), so I am not able to create a new one. So am I still in the pool? I shall just wait for another ITA??

Please help cause I am so lost now.

no, you're not still in the pool. if you want to reapply, you need to create a new profile & start over

Thanks for your reply. But I have accepted the EE BCPNP nomination under the current EE profile. What should I do then?

Create a new EE profile and contact EE BCPNP to transfer your invitation to your new profile.

Same thing happened to me. I did not upload a FULL TRAFFIC HISTORY SEARCH (i was in victoria, australia before), and my app got cancelled as being incomplete after abt 1 mth of submission. I am under EE ONPNP.

Here is what i suggest based on my experience:
1. send case-inquiry form to CIC, and hope they can consider reopening your file - i was told this process would likely take 30 business days.
2. create a new ee profile, and immediately contact your PNP program, and ask they transfer your pnp nomination to your new profile. I have successfully completed this process, and got 600 points added to my new profile - but let me tell you this can take up to 1 mth also.

Best of luck to all of us. CIC is seriously driving us crazy, and crazier!

Hi gillianxia,

Did OOPNP re-added 600 points to ur new EE profile? Is there any process for this ? Did u contact OOPNP via email ?

I also lived in victoria australia, but i already have australian pcc( npc) + full license history. I left australia in 2011 and applied for NPC and driving history in 2013.
I think it works because i never entered again in australia
Now im waiting for sinp nomination.
