Hi all! I have a question regarding proof of relationship. My common law partner is Canadian but lives with me in the Philippines. When I get my PR we are planning to move in July. My question is, does he have to be in Canada during the process or I only have to show proof of our relationship and add his Canadian passport to show he is Canadian?
