Dears,
Our EE profile suddenly became ineligible yesterday after being in the pool for more than a year (we renewed it last Aug'16) now,
we don't know what's the reason?

Our profile details are as below:
NOC:4032 (FSW 67+)
IELTS: CLB 10(L9,R9,W7.5,S8.5); TRF date: 09-Jul-2015
Foreign Work Exp.: (2006/5 - 2008/4) and (2014/7 till date) in the NOC quoted.
Education: Valid ECA equivalent from WES done in 2015 (Postgraduate diploma (one year), with highest qualification as Masters (2 yrs, full time)
Funds : Enough as required.
PNP: OINP Application under process

What could be the reason for the EE profile to suddenly fall out of the pool as ineligible?

Was it ineligible or expired? They expire at one year and you have to recreate a new profile.

It was fine and showing CRS score for last one year from Aug'15 (end) to Aug'16(end), then it expired and i renewed it in Sept'16. So we did all that. Also i am 70/100 on FSW grid.

Only change that happened was in Nov'16 was that my spouse IELTS expired (but AFAIK spouse IELTS isn't mandatory, but as long as it's there and 6+ in each section, it adds 20 points to the applicant). Even if i consider the expired IELTS of my spouse at the most it should have reduced my CRS instead of rendering it as ineligible.

So the question is why should it fall out of pool suddenly now w/o any event?

Hmmm really not sure... I can only suggest you recreate your profile and see if it accepts it. Maybe a glitch... Not sure. Dis your ielts expire?

No, IELTS is still valid as mentioned above TRF date: 09-Jul-2015.

I tried to re-create a new profile again yesterday under the same GC Key user ID, once complete it again says 'ineligible'.

In fact we also tried the EE eligibility questionnaire before starting with the fresh profile, and it says i am eligible, but upon completing the profile submit/transmit it says ineligible.

What should we do, Please HELP!!!

Sure...we are trying to stay calm as much as possible...we are really really frustrated (since waiting for OINP for more than a year) and now this!!! Hope you understand...

My FSW NOC code is mentioned in my original post above. NOC A: 4032 (FSW)

So sorry - still morning here. Really not paying attention.

This may not be the case however does OINP require you to get an additional certificate? Under the noc requirements it lists this:

A provincial teaching certificate is required. Additional certification is required to teach English or French as a second language

I may be looking too far into it but does OINP request that a noc 4032 require a Ontario certificate? Because you aren't listing that in your profile it may not recognise your noc? If you recreate everything with listing your work experience and primary noc as 2171 for example, does it become ineligible? (You can change this afterwards with no problems)

Thanks for all your time, help and immediate responses...

I think OINP and CIC are separate systems (not interconnected) except OINP attaches Nomination to your EE profile number in the end.
Also OINP has neither asked us this document in ADR nor have they issued us PFL till date since AOR in Dec'15 and ADR in Jan'16.

Having said that even if what you said was true why would our EE profile will be active for last 1yr 3 months. Also EE system is for whole Canada and not exclusively for Ontario.

Regarding the Teaching certificate we read on ON PNP website that it is only required for Canadians and not for FSW Outlanders. We checked this before we applied (sent our application) to OINP.

So there...

Ok... One theory down. Hmmm.. what is your minimum funds? Are you definitely selecting that you studied outside of Canada? A lot of people say yes to having a Canadian degree because they are confused that an ECA doesn't mean it's then Canadian. With the new rules and new questions added this might be it?...

Yes, we selected that we studied outside Canada. We are providing ECA # and date.

Min Funds are well above the requirement, even with currency fluctuation. (1.5 times).

Really really frustrated.

Surely we'll try that but the question is why should the profile became 'ineligible' now when the fact is spouse IELTS expired on 22nd Nov 2016 and not now in Dec?
