EE Profile submitted... Accepted but NO VALIDATION CODE received in pdf file

EE Profile created on 06-05-2015 got pdf on the same date but the said file missing the VALIDATION Code, which is required for further registration with JobBank. Wondering what could be the reason of this...

Sent them an email also have registered complaint on CIC regarding technical issue with the online tool about the matter on 07-05-2015 but unfortunately, No Response yet.

Please suggest me the possible way out.
 
Dear Friends,
I recently created an Express Entry profile 4 days ago, but still in the profile status showing as Pending Additional Criteria.May I know what could be the reason.
Also I did not receive Express Entry profile number and Job Bank Validation Code.
Please do let me know if anybody knows the reason.

Please do let me know how to send CIC a mail and raise a complaint regarding the issue.I am facing the same issue as of yours.
Please send me the link or address for that.
 
You all should search their website, there's something they call Case Specific Enquiry, that's how you will he able to raise your complaint with them

I used the link
cic.gc.ca_english_contacts_index.asp (please replace _ with / as the forum is not allowing to post a link here)
to complaint about the online tool regarding the issue I faced there.

Moreover an email of the whole story was also sent at
web-tech-support at cic.gc.ca (please replace 'at' with @)

But no response so far.

No such option is available there.. if u could find and share, it would be a great help.
 
When you click the message box in your EE profile there will be a 'PDF' file. There you can find your EE profile number and Job validation code. Until you register with job banks using the given job validation code, you will not be accepted into the pool. :)

When you click the message box in your EE profile there will be a 'PDF' file. There you can find your EE profile number and Job validation code. Until you register with job banks using the given job validation code, you will not be accepted into the pool.

It was 7 days back i submitted but not yet received EE profile no., and job bank validation code
 
i have already found the pdf file which contains the EE profile no and validation code... just click on the Subject or the arrow and you will find message "click here" to view the pdf file.
