Hello Members,

im confused today. please help me out. :'( :o

i created a cic login ID and created a EE profile today. at the end of filling my information, i got an internal message and after a few minutes i saw that the status changed to not eligible.

is there a way to find the reason? im 33, have 7.0 (l-8, s-7, r-6.5, w-6.5) in ielts, have a bachelors in science and chose my NOC as 2171. When i do a initial assessment i score 69 points while the passing score shows 67. Why does it still shows not eligible?

the only thing i doubt is i chose "NO" to education credentials being assessed as they are still in progress.

any other suggesstions?

Thanks DelPiero07. Thats some relief. :)

i guess i can re-create a request and choose yes for assessment. This will only come up as part of the ITA. Correct?

atleast with a profile, i can register for a job bank and go ahead with job searches to try my luck. I can also apply for a PNP i the meantime.

What do you say?

No, you have to wait until you actually receive your ECA - otherwise you'd be lying in your profile.
