Some questions i need to know before creating profile. I created 1st profile shows ineligible. I completed grad in 2 years Electronics diploma programme. After getting 3 years of full time work permit got the job as Electronic tester NOC 2241 (NOC B). I completed 1 year of my experience. Some questions i need to know before creating profile. I didnt got LMIA from my employee.
1. certificate of qualification from a Canadian province or territory?
what should i mention Yes or No .....(i got degree certificate from my 2 years of course would that allow me to mark it as yes)
2. Was a positive Labour Market Information Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?
i marked it as No as i didnt have LMIA issued . For CEC it also says its not compulsory
3. An employer on the list of ineligible employers with the Government of Canada?
what does this means Yes or No
4. I do have a valid job letter mentioning NOC code and Permanent position. How much points would be i getting for that.. (600 ponts?)
