EE Profile - Previous application file #

Hello All,

Last year I had created EE profile and I didnt received ITA. My profile got archived after one year.

Now, I am creating a new EE profile. There is a question asking, if I had applied for IRCC before? and what is the file number?

Since, I didnt receive ITA can I answer this question as No. Or do I have to answer it as Yes and provide my EE application number (I dont have any file number)
