EE Profile - PGWP

Hi guys,
I'm having some difficulty in completing my EE profile.
The questions:
1. "Has <applicant> been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?)"
I have been working for my current employer for over a year but my employer's name is not specified on my work permit. PGWP employer line says "ANY",
Do I select Yes or No? or leave this blank?
2. "Four digit NOC code of current work permit"
Same as above, PGWP says "ANY" for NOC. Do I put the actual NOC for my current job or leave blank?

Also, if I leave blank, will it flag that I did not complete the whole file?

I am also looking for an answer for this question. Please suggest. I am on PGWP and am working for the employer for more than a year. I have answered NO for

The very first question of that section should be "no"

All other questions will disappear after that. You do not have a valid job offer.
