EE profile | In Canada on ICT work Permit | What to fill in employment section

I am on a Intra company transfer (Work permit NOC 0213) , currently working in toronto, ON sicne Feb 2017. While creating EE profile, under work history section, do I fill in employment till feb 2017 as India employing entity, and Feb 2017 till date as corresponding Canada company name ? Reason I am asking is because , since i m on intra company transfer, the Canada entity will not provide employment letter to suppport my employment proof.. thanks !!
