EE profile- Employer Name different on paystub and LOE

Hi Folks,
Hope everyone is doing great!
Asking for a friend.

Employer Name in Letter of Employment and all documents in ABC Schools but Payslips come from ABC Trust (ABC Schools).
What should be mentioned in Name of employer?
Salary coming from Trust of same school, can there by any issue? or would require any explanation in future?
