EE profile due to expiry

If the EE profile is expired, what are the steps to be taken?

1. Do we need to re create the new profile using different email id?
2. Do we have the option of re activating the existing one?

From the same ID (GCKEY) create a new profile

you do not have to make another account

Ensure the Job bank account is also deactivated which is related to your previous profile

Yes, it means you have to redo everything you did last time, which includes your job bank account. Try doing it before friday, so you do not miss the draw. All the best
