In the FSW-2014, all those on a post-graduate work permits (PGWPs) were eligible for an extension of their work permits once they received their PERs.

Under EE, do individuals on PGWPs qualify for an extension? If Yes, at what stage ( upon receiving the ITA or later?)

1. No, not until after you receive a PER in EE. Then you can apply for a BOWP
