EE - PNP criteria no met

Hi
I entered the EE pool.

When looking at my EE profile/application details I get this:

CRITERIA DETAILS

FSW Met
PNP Not Met

Does anyone know why I did not meet PNP? Is it because I do not have a nomination?
And only upon a PNP nomination does the "details" turn into a "Met" ?
