I am working with a Canadian company and i am based in UAE, how does this help me with the job offer step for the express entry to Canada?

can someone let me know what should I ask my company to send to me in order to be considered as a job offer letter?

Your company would need to offer you a job in Canada and also obtain an approved LMIA for that job.
