EE FSW Permanent Resident - How to Move to Quebec?

Hi guys,

I obtained PR status under the Express Entry FSW program. I have been living in BC for 4 months. I am considering moving to Quebec.

Do I need to fulfill certain residency requirements before being allowed to move to Quebec? Like staying a certain number of months or years outside of Quebec?

You can move to Quebec any time.
