How many draws has there been for EE so far?

How many ITAs issued?

Appears they have not had a draw for a while, maybe to keep processing times as promised.

Maybe CIC bit more than it can chew.

Your other questions would be better asked in the Express Entry section of the forum. Unlikely CIC has bitten off more than they can chew. More likely that they only want to accept applicants with a certain number of points or higher and are waiting until there are enough applicants in the pool with sufficient points before they do another draw (at least that's what many of us think).

Sir (VIP Member), the reason I raise it here in this CEC forum is because it appears that the processing of CEC (non express) is getting worse. One of the reasons could be that the processing of EE is taking more time than CIC had expected. Like a forum member alluded to on another thread ......... why would the time for background checks be any different for the two streams. It appears a lot of applications for the CEC non-EE is delayed because of this.
