EE Digital photo specification

The one you upload, digital copy, is 35x45mm.
The one you send for CoPR is 50x70mm, hard copy with photographer stamp and date of picture on the back.
Both images should not be more than 6 months old.

My consultant sent me https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/i...ormation/applications/guides/pdf/5445eb-e.pdf and I has taken digital photos 50mmx70mm, I am confused a bit on 35x45mm, in any case will CIC just request the correct size or flat out reject application

Generally, they will ask for correct size but why to take chance. Also the time delay in to-fro conversation.
Like I said above, the link you sent is the photo specification of the CoPR. This photo 50mm x 70mm is attached on your CoPR.
I remember uploading a copy of my photo during my EE profile creation and that photo was 35mm x 45mm.
