We filed my partner's express entry application to be submitted in the pool Friday night. Got a rejection letter the next day (it was a system rejection) saying he did not qualify for express entry. He does qualify for it since he has the same credentials as me (I already have my PR). Even in the qualification quiz it said he qualifies any similar cases?
The only reason that I can think of is - he recently graduated from a Canadian University and his Canadian Work permit is in process. would that prevent is PR application from getting accepted. He has a master's from Canada 2 years of exp in India as an Engineer and a top tier IELTS score. I don't see any other reasons to get a systematic rejection to be eligible in the pool
