Do I need to submit educational documents(Post secondary education,College or University documents,etc...) with my application ?

Also, Do I need to get notarized copy of any document?? For example - Employee Reference Letter?

No, only xerox copy would be fine. If VO find anything suspicious they ask for original letter.

Only certified copies of the documents not in english which you're submitting for translation.

The rule is to include documents asked for in the document checklist:

If the checklist doesn't ask for a document - don't include it.
