educational documents with initial application

Hi Members
I wanted to ask what type of education documents do i have to submit with the initial application? actually i have not yet asked my university to provide me with the degree,so i was wondering that do i have to submit the copy of degree with the initial application?? or is it required in the later stage when we are about to send full application?
