Educational Documents submitted ---- LOST?????

Hi Forum,

I submitted my application in Mississauga, Ontario, in which it contained all ORIGINAL EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS / DEGREES of my spouse, as only originals can be submitted for PAKISTAN.


Last week Spouse got a letter in which they have asked spouse to: Mail all original educational documents...


Point is we gave them all originals and now why are they asking us for educational docs again when they already have them, have they LOST them?????

Do i just reply back , writing that we already gave you all orginal educational docs...

Hope it is just an oversight and they actually do have them. Write back and say you gave them these docs already.
