Is the ECA report meant only for the highest educational qualification? Thanks.
I have a Masters degree in Computer Science from the US and a bachelors in technology from India.
PS: On this note, on the CIC site it says:
Applicants who have Canadian educational credentials do not need to get an ECA, unless they are also submitting a foreign educational credential in support of their application.
That seems to imply, that Canadians can selectively choose what educational credentials to submit in support of their application. Would the same implication be valid for foreign FSWP applicants? I wonder.
