I have few questions about the Educational Credentials Assessment(ECA) for Federal Skilled Worker program.
1. I have a Masters degree in Computer Science from the US. Do I require ECA?
2. On ICAS (the designated institution to perform ECA for my occupation) website FAQ, initial estimate for time taken to form the report is 3 months after all documents are received.
How does the CIC expect that applicants would be able to submit applications by May 4th if they gave information about designated institutions less than 3 weeks before the deadline? ???
3. If I must submit ECA, would it be sufficient if I do so only for my Masters degree (I also have a Bachelors in Technology degree from India)? This will definitely be faster.
