Educational credential assessment

Hello friends,
i have a bachelor's degree in economics from the U.S. i have an option to get a bachelor's degree in Spanish. will this satisfy the "two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees" ? meaning: will having two bachelor's degrees satisfy this requirement?
