Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) Steps and Documents

Hello people,

Need your help/advice/suggestion.

I want to did my ECA from India can anybody please let me know the steps for ECA and Required Documents.

I have used "Free WES Degree Equivalency Tool" to search my university is approved or not but my university is not found into the list.

And when i am trying to submit my application for ECA after creating an account on wes.org when i am submitting my education i am able to select my university into that list.

Please suggest me my university is approved from WES or not.

Your university might be approved as the list doesn't contain all approved universities. Share the name of the university in the forum, if someone has done ECA for the same they will be able to guide you.

My University is "Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela (Odisha)" i have done MBA from this university.

Please let me know is my university is approved or not ?

Your university might be approved as the list doesn't contain all approved universities. Share the name of the university in the forum, if someone has done ECA for the same they will be able to guide you.

Hi Sam, I don't know if this university is approved or not. Would suggest you to create a new thread with name of university mentioned in thread name. People who have experience with this can provide the best way to reach out to university and also can suggest whether this university and your course is recognized or not.
If you don't get any response then do the following ( with assumption that your course and university are recognized)
1. Try connecting with university and understand the process of getting the transcripts from them for ECA
If university doesn't respond then
2. Connect with third party companies such as cleartranscripts.com or mail transcripts.com and check on their website if they offer services for your university and if yes what would be the timeline and the cost for the same.
