Hello guys!

I'm graduate in law (which is a 5 years course in my country), and I've heard that WES recognizes law school as a 4 years bachelor, while IQAS recognizes as a 5 years bachelor.

My question is:

Does it makes diference for express entry? I mean, the express entry says that professions as dentistry, medicine, law, optometry, pharmacy, veterinary medicine or chiropractic medicine are considered "Professional Degree", receveing the same quantity of points of master degree, It considers only the profession, not the number of years that the credential institution recognized.

In other words, can I apply for express entry declaring "Master/professional degree", even with the recognition from WES that my bachelor in law is equivalent to 4 years course in Canada?

Thanks
