Educational Certificates for wife

Hi,

I have 2 issues which need clarification while applying for express entry.

1) My wife finished her college education however she failed in 2 subjects, as a result they are not furnishing her final certificate however we do have her individual year certificates, do I need to get the final certificate? Is there any alternative here?
2) She had attended MBA for 2 years, but failed in all her semesters (complications) , do I mention her MBA in education details?

1 - Yes, you would need her degree. There are alternatives when one graduates and is waiting for the degree to be issued but that doesn't apply to your case.

2 - Mention it only in the personal history section once you receive your ITA.
