Dear Forum members,

I am about to start my study visa process from Pakistan and wondering if I may get some clarity about below:

1: Do I need to get my degrees attested by HEC?
2: Should I file my spouse and dependent kids visa applications simultaneously ( asking because the visa consultant is advising to file family application after at least 6 months, fearing rejection).
3: I will apply for two years Masters program, will I get equal amount of time i.e. 2 years PGWP after completion of program?
4: Like free education, is my family entitled for any health cover during my stay as an international student?

thank you for your time.

1. Find out from your school for admissions.
2. Depends on the strength of your profile - funds (showing that you can afford tuition plus living expenses for 4 people), ties to return home etc. SOWP and Study permit for kids are not guaranteed.
3. So you are doing two Masters programs back to back, simultaneously. If you are always full-time, no breaks then you should get a 2 year PGWP.
4. Kids can go to school. Health care will depend on the provincial requirements and what health plan you are under as a student. You can visit a walk in visit for care. People think health care is totally free but it is not.
