I am 21 years old I have failed my grade 12edexcel board and wish to continue it in Canada.
I would like to know what is the most affordable and smart decision regarding school, college or university wise?

If you have failed your grade 12, then unless you have work experience then your only option is to go to school. If you want to do your 12th in Canada, what is the reason for taking the significant expense of travelling to a new country to continue your schooling, especially when you have failed in your home country. It would be difficult to get a visa without a valid reason for doing so.
