Education System in Canda

Hello Friends,

I am very new to this site. Well, I am Stan,32 from India. I did my MSc in Information System from Andhra university and I have been working with Govt IT dept for 8.5 years. Now, I want to go to Canada and do my MBA in Technology Management. I want to apply PR after completion of my MBA. Can anybody help me out with few things.
1. When do admissions/intakes start?
2. Does my age become a hurdle to do my MBA in Canada?
3.As i am from South India, I may not bear bitter cold. Which region of Canada has warm climate?
4. I am already learning French and going to appear for DELF A2, will DELF A2 certification help me in getting admission?
5. How much does it cost me to do MBA in Canada..?

No region of Canada has a "warm" climate all year round. The Vancouver area has the mildest climate on average. You can compare the climates of major Canadian cities on this site, for example: http://www.etourist.ca/weather/graphs.htm

Vancouver Island should be your best bet. The temp hardly falls below freezing levels. University of Victoria could be a great option.
