Education section of OINP for CEC

Hello experts!

I was filling out the OINP application for the human capital stream under CEC after getting the NOI.
I graduated from Canada and in the education section, it asks:

1. Have you authorized the ECA granting organization to share the results of your ECA report with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)?
2. Have you authorized the ECA granting organization to share the results of your ECA report with the province of Ontario?

What should i answer for those two? yes or no? I am a bit confused about this.

You should put NO because you did not do an ECA.
