Hi experts, I need your help here. I have done my 3 years trade diploma after metriculation and then done my senior secondry a year after diploma through correspondance. Can you please tell me how much points i will be eligible to get in Education section?

3 years Diploma after merticulation means 13 years of study (10 + 3)

I think you will get 15 points

Since he did his senior secondary after 3 years diploma, there is a chance that he completed 15 years of study. that means 22 points

I think he should get 15 points.

He has done the 3 yrs diploma & 1 year senior secondary after metriculation (which is after 10th)

So total 14 years.

seems like only yogeshpuri can clear the confusion. If he had completed 15 years of study(2year secondary) then he will get 22 points & less than that will give him only 15 points
And what honeyjack said is very important ( Correspondence diploma should be from govt. recognized institute.)

Educational points calculation is too simple if yogeshpuri Education is shooling 10+ diploma 3 then 15points, but if its total 15years study then sure 22points will awarded. follow CIC website education points part or go for self test on CIC website.

guys.. even if someone has 15 years of education, candidate gets 20 points only not 22.
I am a graduate from India & has 15 years of education, I was awarded 20 points.

One needs to have
three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship + at least 15 education for 22 points.



I have 5 trade certificate (5 professional certificate) + 15 years of education but I am not qualified for 22 points.
Why - a trade certificate should be achieved by studying 3 years of education, but in my case, I studied my own & took exams to get professional certificate.
