About education points

I had 6 years primary + 3 years prep + 3 years high school = 12 years
Also 5 years in university ( faculty of engineering ) = 5 Years
Its mean 17 years (include bachelor of engineering )
So my points will be 22
Its right ?!

1 bachelor's degree of 2 or more years, no matter how many years it took, will fetch only 20.

ironically, 1 under-grad diploma of 3 years and above will fetch 22.

Ad ouble bachelor's will fetch 22. e.g. for law in India, people do a B.A.-LLB (it is double bachelor's. So, that fetches 22 points. )

B.A. and LLB are two degree so shall give 22 but OP has only one degree so he will get 20 no matter how long it is but if this degree is a master degree then he will get 22
