"You may also be eligible to receive points for certain combinations to two Canadian (or equivalent) educational credentials" ("IMM 7000: Under Factor I:Education"), How is it done, What are the criterion's.

See, I have 3 year Bachelors degree course and 2 year Master's course, From what, I gather Credential assessors will never equate a 3 year course to Canadian equivalent Bachelors degree; Instead, they simply out of no regard of the work & time spend adds up PG Course to the Bachelors degree; So if you have two post-secondary degrees in fact & in No., But if ECA is determined to simply put down as 1, What can be done, regarding the scoring.

1) 3 years bachelors degree CAN be assesed as equivalent to a canadian bachelors degree. It all depends on the individual applicant.
2) points for education will depend on how WES assesses your degrees, so there is nothing else to be done for points.
3) Masters degree alone will give 23 points. A Bachelors degree will give 21 points. But if your masters is assessed as a post-secondary credential, then this in combination with a Bachelors degree (or any other post-secondary credential that WES might assess it as) will give 22 points.

So basically one cannot assume how many points you are going to get without first having WES assess your degrees.

Kindly explain 1 and 2, how it depends on the individual applicant and are you aware of the criterion's on how WES assesses.

Depends on your university, your country, the courses you had to study, your subject etc. So it cannot be generalized. Noone knows the exact criteria WES uses, so the only way to find out is to have it assessed.
