my NOC skill is 2282 but my education is different.

To apply for permanent resident status through the Canadian Experience Class (CEC):

you must have the required work experience in Canada and it must have been acquired while you had the proper work permits or authorizations.

Does education matter if I apply under CEC ?

Short answer: not really.

There are "employment requirements" (which include educational requirements) in the NOC description, but these are not mandatory for CEC.

Some cases where education might be cited as a reason for refusal:
- it's a regulated industry, e.g. medicine
- the applicant made a weak case for the skilled NOC code that they chose (and a more appropriate, lower-skilled NOC exists).

Education won't matter here. It's not a regulated occupation, and there aren't any lower-skilled occupations within skill type 2 (Natural and applied sciences and related occupations) at all.
