Education Level mapping doubt

Hi,
I just got ECA from WES and the result is
Bachelor's degree (four years) and a postgraduate diploma (one year)

Does it maps to
Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institutes
or
Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years
