For Express Entry, your education doesn’t match your NOC. As for PNPs, you have to be eligible and every province has different requirements. You need to research PNPs.
EE doesn’t require education and work experience to match. PNPs are dependant on many factors - CRS score, job offer, working in province, family in province. SINP requires education to match work experience.
Assume you have completed ECAs/IELTS and are eligible for EE. Since there have been no open/FSW draws in almost 18 months expect scores to be very high (480+).
