Education history in PR Application

Hello Everyone

My husband did Post Graduate Diploma in Management (2 years) from India and WES evaluated as
Postgraduate diploma (1 year). Now what should I select while filling his education?

1. 1 year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
2. Master's degree,
3. or something else
