In the express entry profile in the education section its mentioned that with "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" you score more points. I have a bachelor's degree which is 4 years long. If there a specific requirement for the certificate? does it have to over a certain period of time (eg- 6 months, 8 months, 1 year). I have seen certificate programs that are 3-4 months long and some that are over 6 months. I cant seem to find specifics anywhere on CIC website.
