Hello,

Kindly guide in the following scenario.

Individual is 38 years old. Has an MBA degree and 5 years work experience that can be proved. Difficult to get a PR because of the age, so applied for education. Did not show the MBA degree as the student visa will be rejected as the individual is only opting for diploma course in Canada.

After the 1 year diploma, got the one year open work permit and experience in Canada. Now can apply for PR through CEC category. But the question here:

1. Should she show her MBA during CEC application? Will it be misinterpretation as person did not disclose that during the student visa application.
2. She will have to disclose the education in the history section specifying what she did in that year as she did her MBA from Europe.

What should she do?

Thanks

Best option is not to lie in the study permit application and mention the MBA. Lying only creates problems later...
