"Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees" not showing in EE profile. All other drop down options are available except for this one.

What shall i do? :s I need to choose this option in EE profile. Shall i delete the profile and make a new one?

based on what does the system choose 2 or more certificates?

Your ECA will have this information and then when you enter those details in your EE profile, the system will pick it up and assign points.
