Hi,
I see that Ontario requires ECA, however reading thru other provinces I don't see them stating that. So do I need ECA for other provinces or only for Ontario?
And WES has 2 options, WES Basic and WES ICAP, which one is right?

All provinces require ECA so not sure what you are reading. Choose WES for IRCC. You don’t need ICAP.

I can state that you don't need an ECA for Newfoundland and Labrador.

Does anyone know if for the high school diploma I have to send academic transcript or actual graduation certificate?
There is conflicting info on that WES check list, first they say academic transcript, but then they say graduation certificate..................

You need to research the province. Plus don’t have a driver’s license nor a class of license to drive a truck. You need to be in Canada to become licensed.
