Education evaluation

Hello, i have question regarding education evaluation from Poland, so in Poland i have finished "technikum informatyczne" translated to eng its "it technical school" and i am wondering will WES evaluate that as an 1 year program at technical school ? cuz in Canada after high school you got 12 years of education, and in Poland after that school i have 13 years of education + it technician diploma, not only diploma for finishing the High School, but the diploma that is giving me the "IT Technician" title. So what do you guys think ? cuz i dont wan to pay for something that will be useless for me

This qualification belongs to the upper secondary vocational education system in Poland. It would not be considered to be comparable to postsecondary study in Canada. It would be considered to be comparable to study at the upper secondary vocational level in Canada
