Education Evaluation Query

Hi,

I did diploma of 2 years in Mechanical Engineering and completed Bachelor Engineering of 3 years in Information and technology. So I want to know, Should I apply for the evaluation of both or just bachelor Engineering ?

And what is best organization for the evaluation ?
